Faust - The Faust Tapes
Prime German/French experimental record from the early 70's from bonkers communal hippies/proto punks and an early release from Virgin Records who sold it at a low price to entice the kids into it's labyrinthine strangeness.
Can't quite remember where I got this but possibly Folkestone or Sussex years.
Harsh experimental noise and moments of almost prettiness. No one quite like them even in the German school.
